Terms and Conditions of Use for TipNoi Platform Welcome to TipNoi (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), operated by LOGA group co.,ltd. Please read these terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or registering, you agree to all terms herein. 1. Definitions and Platform Status "Streamer" means a content creator or recipient of support who registers and opens an account with the Platform. "Supporter" means a user who buys stream alerts on the Platform. Legal Status: The Platform is solely a "technology intermediary" providing messaging, alert display, and payment connection services. The Platform is not a foundation, association, or charitable organization, and is not a direct party to transactions between supporters and streamers. 2. Nature of Alert Purchases Not Charitable Donation: All money sent by supporters to streamers through this Platform is considered a purchase of digital services (stream alerts) or direct reward to the streamer for the purpose of sending messages, communicating, or triggering alerts on the streamer's streaming channel. Supporters acknowledge that such purchases cannot be used for tax deduction as charitable donation. 3. Voluntary Purchases Alert purchases are voluntary and final. By purchasing an alert, you agree that all alert purchases are final and non-refundable. 4. Fees and Payment (Platform Fee) Funds are transferred directly from supporters to streamers via PromptPay QR or bank transfer facilitated by the Platform. The Platform charges a service fee (Platform Fee) at 1% of the transaction amount, deducted before funds are settled to the streamer. Fee Changes: If the Platform adjusts the fee rate, streamers will be notified at least 15 days in advance via the website or email (in accordance with ETDA DPS guidelines). 5. Refund Policy Since alert purchase funds are transferred directly to the streamer's account immediately upon successful transaction, the Platform has a No Refund policy in all cases. If a transfer error occurs or a supporter wishes to request a refund, the supporter must contact and settle directly with the streamer who received the funds. The Platform is not responsible for any losses or disputes arising therefrom. 6. Content Prohibitions and Limitation of Liability Users (both streamers and supporters) are prohibited from sending messages, images, links, or any content that violates the law, is obscene, defamatory, incites hatred, or infringes on others' intellectual property rights. If violations are found, the Platform reserves the right to suspend service to the account immediately without prior notice, and the Platform shall not be liable for any damages arising from user content (under the Computer Crimes Act).
