Getting Started

TipNoi is a stream alert platform for Thai streamers. Connect your Streamlabs account, set your link name, and connect Stripe to start receiving alert purchases via PromptPay and credit cards.

Sign in with Streamlabs

Click "Sign in with Streamlabs" on the homepage. You'll be redirected to Streamlabs to authorize access. We need permission to send alerts to your stream. After authorization, you'll be redirected back to set up your account.

Onboarding

After signing in, you'll set up your alert page: (1) Choose a unique link name (e.g., tipnoi.app/your-name). You can change this later in your dashboard settings. (2) Connect your Stripe account to receive payouts. You'll need a Thai ID and bank account. If you leave and return later, you'll resume where you left off, and Stripe may take a few minutes to verify your account after connecting.

Your Alert Page

Your public alert page is at tipnoi.app/[your-link-name]. Supporters can buy alerts via PromptPay or credit card. You can share this link on your stream, social media, or anywhere.

Receiving Alerts

Supporters pay via PromptPay QR code or credit card. A 1% platform fee is deducted from each alert purchase. The rest goes directly to your Stripe Connect account. Payouts are handled by Stripe according to their schedule.

Test Mode

In your dashboard, you can send test alerts to verify your Streamlabs alert box is working. Test alerts do not involve real money and will show a "Test Mode" label on your alert page.

Troubleshooting

help.troubleshootingDesc

  • Link name taken: Try a different unique name.
  • Stripe pending after connecting: It can take a few minutes for Stripe to verify your account. Both charges and payouts must be enabled. Log into your Stripe dashboard via the link in your TipNoi dashboard and complete any missing information.
  • Login issues: Make sure you authorize Streamlabs permissions when signing in. Clear cookies and try again if stuck.
  • Stripe connect button not showing: Ad blockers or browser extensions (such as uBlock Origin, AdGuard, or Brave Shields) may block Stripe's iframe or scripts. Try disabling your ad blocker or using a different browser.
